Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were comfortable and clean, and having a balcony with stunning city views at sunset was a real highlight. The service was excellent, with helpful staff who ensured safety measures were in place. The location was perfect, within walking distance of everything and with convenient parking nearby. Dining options were varied, and the facilities were top-notch.
The hotel is definitely not up to 4-star standards, with old and sad-looking furniture and bathrooms. It overlooks the cobbled streets but experiences noise from buses starting early in the morning. The service was kind but lacked proper communication about nearby attractions. The location is very convenient for sightseeing and close to tourist starting points. Dining was not up to the expected standard, but the room was excellent and comfortable.
I found this hotel quite intriguing as it looked like a knight's lair, but unfortunately, the rooms were a bit tired, and the breakfast was below expectations. The staff, however, were not very helpful, making me reconsider staying here in the future. The advice to sleep with windows open for cooling was odd, considering the focus on heating.
The hotel is situated at the highest part of the old town, opposite the Alcazar Museum itself. It offers close proximity to popular tourist sites and a reasonably priced public garage just 30 meters away. The rooms are a bit outdated but clean, although the lack of a directory for in-room calling can be inconvenient. The dining experience at the beautiful restaurant exceeds European standards, offering a great variety of dishes. The staff, while formal, provides good service, and the facilities are satisfactory.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel with comfortable rooms offering traditional style and great views. The staff was welcoming and helpful, although the waiting time between courses was a bit long due to serving at tables and in the adjacent cafe. The location is ideal, right in the center and within walking distance of main attractions, though parking required additional payment. The dining experience was very nice with fresh and plentiful options, especially the jamon serano. Overall, a good value for money choice.
